1) ORB 8 Way All in 1 Edger. Handy pocket size ski & snowboard edge tuner does it all. Patented design provides 8 individual simple and accurate bevel angles: 7° for trimming sidewall; 1°, 2° and 3° (89°, 88° and 87°) for sharpening and beveling side edge; .5°, .75°, 1° and °1.5° for sharpening and beveling base edge.
2) Puck PC Ceramic: Norton Blaze® ceramic sheet mounted on an exceptionally flat injection-molded polycarbonate disc. Norton Blaze® is a self-sharpening ceramic alumina (Seeded Gel–SG) grain that cuts faster and lasts up to 200% longer than standard abrasives. The supersize layer and strong backing provides aggressive cutting action, maximum performance and advanced cooling.
3) Puck PC File: Tools4Boards branded Vallorbe Swiss® file 22 x 40mm, 13 Z/cm mounted to an exceptionally flat injection-molded polycarbonate disc. Vallorbe Swiss® file provides exceptional bite and extraordinary feel yet is incredibly forgiving, even when used on damaged edges. Filings stream from file teeth with long strokes and minimal pressure.
4) Stainless 1" 6-32 set screw to secure file within Puck PC file indent.
5) Puck PC Diamond: KGS Swiss Diamond® 400 grit sheet mounted on an exceptionally flat injection-molded polycarbonate disc. KGS Swiss Diamond® provides the polishing and de-burring ability of a stone combined with the cutting ability of a file. Unique diamond cluster pattern lasts longer than conventional diamond sheet. The perfect all-round maintenance and polishing disc for sharp, smooth edges.
