• ORB 8 Way All in 1 Edger Kit for complete edge maintenance. Includes Puck PC with Norton Blaze® ceramic, Vallorbe Swiss® file and KGS Swiss Diamond® 400 grit. Handy pocket size ski & snowboard edge tuner does it all. Patented design provides 8 individual simple and accurate bevel angles: 7° for trimming sidewall; 1°, 2° and 3° (89°, 88° and 87°) for sharpening and beveling side edge; .5°, .75°, 1° and °1.5° for sharpening and beveling base edge. Puck PC discs snap-fit into ORB and are infinitely rotatable to use entire disc surface. Co-molded polycarbonate angle number inserts are easy to read and won't rub off. Compatible with Puck PC Norton Blaze® ceramic, KGS Swiss Diamond® and Vallorbe Swiss® file replacement discs, each sold separately.
• BRASS File Brush. Full size German-made file brush for removing filings and debris from file teeth features large 6.5" easy to grasp ergonomic handle and .75" long high quality brass bristles.
• German-made GUMMY TRIO Rubber Abrasive Stone Set includes all the grits for complete ski and snowboard edge maintenance. SOFT GUMMY Blue is a great rubber abrasive for removing rust and burrs or de-tuning (feathering back tips and tails), MEDIUM GUMMY Green is ideal for light to medium edge clean-up and light polishing after filing, and HARD GUMMY Red is perfect for removing the micro-burr on the cutting surface and to polish edges after using diamond or ceramic stones. Makes edges more durable. Blue grit: 60, Green grit: 120, Red grit: 240, Dimensions: 50 x 25 x 20mm.
• MAPLUS CLEAN detergent 150ml Liquid cleaner to remove any type of paraffin wax and dirt collected during activity.
• LINTFREE Fiberlene Towel Roll 0,13 x10m (5" x 33') for cleaning ski and snowboard bases. Towel will not contaminate base with lint and is ideal for base cleaning or efficiently spreading wax along the base when applying wax using an iron.
• MAPLUS UNIVERSAL LIQUID WAX 1 liter (34 us fluid ounces). Universal liquid paraffin for sporting use and leisure. Use for every kind of snow. Ideal for cold application with a paintbrush, cork and nylon brush.
• BIG BLOCK natural Cork for rubbing, pressing and polishing solid glide wax. Larger than a typical wax cork Big Block fits comfortably in hand with dimensions 4" x 2.4" x 1.6 (100mm x 60mm x 40mm). Produced in Portugal from sustainable cork bark.
• BUFF BRONZE/NYLON COMBI Brush provides the ideal bristle combination if only one brush is used. For best results use the bronze side to open base structure before waxing and after scraping wax from the base, then use the nylon side to buff and polish the base. German-made Tools4Boards brushes are the finest quality available made using only beech wood, premium bristle materials and feature a natural beeswax finish (instead of paint) to reduce impact on the environment. Brushes should be used with overlapping strokes in one direction (shovel to tail) to open the base structure, assist in cleaning the base, prepare the base for optimal wax absorption and to buff and polish the base.
• RETRACT Safety Ski Brake Retainer (2pcs.). Holds ski brakes retracted and out of the way for edge work and waxing. Durable molded rubber rings fit over brake arms. Elastic shock cord adjusts to hold any brake fully retracted. Cord length may be shortened for kids bindings simply by re-tying knot.
• Double zipper Cordura TOOL BAG (dimensions 30 x 20 x 17cm (12" x 8" x 7"), inside strap to secure wax iron, 2 inside tool pockets and zippered mesh pocket for securing small items, outside pocket and carry straps with velcro clasp handle. Large enough to add a set of vises (sold separately).
