• NORD Cross Country Vise. The original compact xc travel profile. Securely holds classic and skate skis for waxing and base work.
• GLOBAL Dual Voltage Wax Iron. Use it worldwide simply by switching to the local voltage (100-127V or 220-240V) and installing the appropriate plug adapter. Blue LED illuminates when heating and turns off when desired temperature is reached. Highly polished non-stick dimpled base plate with chamfered edges easily glides along the base when melting and distributing wax. Extra thick 1.5cm thick base plate provides exceptional heat retention. 800 Watts of power ensures a quick and constant heat, 100-127 Voltage range. Long 2.5 meter (8.2 foot) power cord conveniently wraps around handle for easy travel and storage. • BIG BLOCK natural Cork for rubbing, pressing and polishing solid glide wax. Larger than a typical wax cork Big Block fits comfortably in hand with dimensions 4" x 2.4" x 1.6 (100mm x 60mm x 40mm). Produced in Portugal from sustainable cork bark.
• BUFF BRONZE/NYLON COMBI Brush provides the ideal bristle combination if only one brush is used. For best results use the bronze side to open base structure before waxing and after scraping wax from the base, then use the nylon side to buff and polish the base. German-made Tools4Boards brushes are the finest quality available made using only beech wood, premium bristle materials and feature a natural beeswax finish (instead of paint) to reduce impact on the environment. Brushes should be used with overlapping strokes in one direction (shovel to tail) to open the base structure, assist in cleaning the base, prepare the base for optimal wax absorption and to buff and polish the base.
• PTEX BASE REPAIR Kit. Everything needed to fix gouges and scrapes in ski and snowboard bases. Included in kit:
• 12 pcs 8" ø 6mm P-Tex repair candles (Select 6 pcs Black + 6 pcs Clear, 12 pcs Black or 12 pcs Clear) - Black for black bases and Clear for white or colored bases.
• 5 pcs Structure 180 Fine grit premium silicon carbide abrasive sandpaper, used to scuff damaged areas prior to Ptex application and to re-establish linear base structure pattern.
• 3 pcs Brite Combi abrasive fibertex/ scotchbrite pads: Maroon - Medium, Grey - Fine and White - Extra Fine used in progression from Medium to Extra Fine to remove micro-hairs and surface oxidation.
• Stainless steel scraper used as a drip plate for Ptex, to scrape excess Ptex from base and to wrap Structure sandpaper/ Brite abrasive pads around.
• Double zipper Cordura TOOL BAG (dimensions 30 x 20 x 17cm (12" x 8" x 7"), inside strap to secure wax iron, 2 inside tool pockets and zippered mesh pocket for securing small items, outside pocket and carry straps with velcro clasp handle. Large enough to add a set of vises (sold separately).
